AZUR Group is looking for a dynamic account manager who will be able to generate additional revenues for the large enterprises market. We optimize operations by delivering cloud solutions that are both personalized and interconnected with other business applications. The AZUR Group commercializes 3 business cloud solutions: eFinancialSuite (Treasury Management software), MyriadApp (a project invoicing software on Salesforce), and AZUR Innova, a development centre for agile cloud solutions. The ideal candidate has a recent experience in business development and selling cloud solutions and will focus on the AZUR Innova offering.
- Manage the AZUR Innova sales cycle from face to face meetings to deal closing with specific quarterly sales targets;
- Understanding the prospects’ business and operations;
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects;
- Acting as a key account manager for active customers;
- Organizing and attending regular status meetings with your clients;
- Developing and implementing initiatives to improve customer satisfaction;
- Working closely with other departments to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
- 3 years’ experience or more in business development;
- Experience in selling cloud solutions;
- Great analytical, interpersonal, and communication (verbal and written) skills;
- Outstanding customer relationship and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to a rapidly changing environment;
- Fluent in French and English both spoken and written;
- Tools: Salesforce CRM, MS Office;
- Engineering or business degree is an asset.
