AZUR Group is looking for a Key Account Manager who will develop a privileged partnership with major accounts. The ideal candidate has a solid experience in managing key accounts for the sale of cloud solutions tailored to the needs of our clients.
- Develop an account management strategy;
- Establish a professional business relationship with clients by gaining a deep understanding of their business and their specific needs;
- Work with existing customers by offering them a variety of solutions to improve their productivity and prioritize their satisfaction;
- Participate in the complete sales cycle to achieve your quarterly and annual targets;
- Maintain and broaden your prospect pool;
- Develop and implement initiatives to improve customer satisfaction.
Skills, knowledge and experience sought:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Commerce is an important asset;
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development and in the management of key accounts;
- Experience in cloud solutions sales;
- Great analytical, interpersonal, and communication (verbal and written) skills;
- Great customer relationship and interpersonal skills;
- Demonstrated exemplary customer service;
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment;
- Fluent in French and English both spoken and written;
- Tools: Salesforce CRM, MS Office.
